Dear Valued Clients and Friends,

Time past very fast, before you realise, it time for Christmas and then the New Year. This is the time where we should sit down at a corner and rethink what had happened this whole year and what you have achieved in this year. Then you compared with what you have planned early in the year and see how you perform. I find that this is very good as we can really learnt a lot on ourself using this method.

As for me, 2008 has been great. I wanted to increase my popularity in 2008 and I did. I managed to locked in to write Feng Shui articles in Iproperty.com and actually managed to locked in 12 articles. I just completed the last article; which will be published in Jan 2009. Secondly, I am still continuing my article in New Life Post. In fact I have written more than 100 articles there. But I have failed my promise to upload these articles here. I will definately find time to do this. Thirdly, I managed also to linked with other newspaper like Feng Shui Bao and Hao Yun Bao. They had interviewed me for many times this year and I appeared in the front page many time this year. I would like to thanks them for given me chance to contribute my comments to their readers. Last year I was only apperaed in the New Life Post’s Yearly Feng Shui Book. This year I managed to appeared in more than 4 publications for 2009’s feng Shui Updates. I have just finished my Feng Shui Talks in the Concorde Hotel last week and is now talking with other organisations for more Feng Shui Talks in coming weeks.

So in all, I am very happy on my performance this year. The most important is that I also met many new friends and clients this year. I will definately work harder and serve you better in the coming year.

The other thing that we must do before the beginning of a new year. This is to update our Feng Shui and to see what is our luck in the coming year. This is important especially if you are practising Flying Star Feng Shui. You need to know where the bad Stars fly to and where the Good Star is located in 2009. I will share this information in the next article here. So, remember that you need to rearange the Feng Shui placement of your house and office or shop around 4th Feb 2009. This is especially through for those who has property facing North, West, East & NE. As these are the directions where the Bad Star will be there. Of course if your property is facing one of the Good Direction, there is more reason for you to update your Feng Shui to capture the Auspicious Chi.

I will be very busy the next few weeks (in fact already started) to carry Feng Shui updates for my clients. For those of you that have not make appointment with me, i would suggest you call me earlier to lock in the appointment as I will be busy until end of Feb 2009.

Well, it has been great to have you guys here, I promised to do better next year and to add more color here.

It has been quite sometime I did not wriet anything in this site. I had been busy the last few months preparing for the Updates for 2009. Yes, the year of Rat is coming to the end and the Year of Ox is coming soon. This year had caught many in surprise especially the Financial Market as well as the Natural Disaster. So how is the year of Ox?? With the Year of Ox bringing us the Recession as many Financial Analyst has reported????

I have been intervied by many local newspaper since Sept on my view of the Year of Ox. IThe conclusion is NO!!! My analysis is based on Bazi or 4 Pillars Analysis of the Year of Ox; as well as using Flying Star Feng Shui to see the Year.

Based on my finding; the Year of Ox will be a smoother and more harmony year compared with the Rat. This is because the Year Elements are both Yin Earth. Thus there is no clash in the elements like in 2008. When there is no clash in the year element as well as there is no animal sign clash in the Earthy Branch, the year will has less natural disaster and will be smooth year.

secondly, all the 5 elements are presence in the chart. There is no missing element. This too is a good sign of a more balance year. Unlike 2008, there is missing Metal and Fire.

thirdly, we see mentor luck like allies, secret friend, nobleman star as well as monthly virtue star in the chart. This shows that there are helps on the way. So even if the situation is going to be bad, help is on the way. These mentors are strong, thus able to help in difficult situation.

We also see money in the Chart. There are Indirect Wealth in the chart and Direct Wealth in hidden in the Earthy Branch. This indicates that there are money in the market, but not so direct. You have to work for it, only those who are prepared and hard working are able to get it. So, you must make sure that you updates the feng Shui of your house and shop and office in order to take the golden opportunity.

The only bad news is that I do see Robbery Star in the chart. This means that the robbery cases will increse in 2009. So you need to be more careful of your property and while going out. You may want to place Rhino at the East sector of your house and carry with you a Jade Rhino for protection. This is especailly important for those houses facing East or Sitting East or having Back Door or Main Door facing the East. Those who are Rabbit also need to be more careful as in Flying Star Feng Shui, the Robbery Star is in your Palace.

The other bad news is that the Fire element is rather strong in the Chart and the Water element is rather weak. Thus I will see more Fire outbreak in 2009, especailly those area in the East and North. So be prepared for that. Those of you in the Eastern and Northern sector should place water in the Center, North as well as South sector of tour property to protect you from Fire.
